When I launch the "limited" version of KillFunYeah, it looks like this:

Unfortunately I'd say that your GPU is a bit too dated to be able to run KFY.
While it does have 128 MB of memory, which should be enough, it does not seem to support pixel shader 2.0, and also judging by the picture it does not handle FBOs correctly.
